Without our tenants we wouldn't have a business. We are easy to get hold of, take action when needed and always communicate clearly and openly - you will never get any nasty surprises about hidden costs. We charge only £175 per property for a new tenant application (this is just to cover our costs) and you will never have to pay to renew your tenancy! Our belief is that by treating people well and with respect they will want to continue to work with us.
